foodpanda is a mobile food delivery marketplace owned by Berlin-based company Delivery Hero SE. It operates in over 50 countries, with a focus in Asia Pacific, Bulgaria and Romania.
The brand wanted to drive awareness in Bulgaria, position themselves as innovative, dynamic and open minded and improve customer experience using a modern digital communication tool.
foodpanda took advantage of Rakuten Viber advertising and messaging solutions to drive audiences and increase engagement with their brand new chatbot. foodpanda released two sticker packs and allocated a media budget to promote them, targeting Rakuten Viber users via ad placements.
In addition, their chatbot provided customer care, facilitated food orders and offered 1-2-1 personalized messages.
