Some want to learn more and explore product details, while others are ready to take action and make a purchase.Businesses can now assign different destination URLs to images and buttons in selected Business Message types. This allows you to create customer journeys based on user intent:

Image click: Direct customers to a product or information page to learn more.

Button click: Send high-intent users directly to checkout, registration, or another key action.

By tailoring URLs to customer intent, you can create shorter conversion paths, gain deeper insights into campaign performance, and optimize your messaging strategy based on what drives the best results.
Better user experience

Automatic in-app message translation
Viber is available in 190 countries and supports 44 languages, making it one of the world's most global messaging platforms. To help businesses communicate more effectively with international audiences, users can now automatically translate Business Message content directly within the Viber app – leading to more accessible and personalized experiences, regardless of language.
Recent enhancements you may have missed
As you prepare your H2 campaigns, make sure you're also taking full advantage of these recently released features:

Tap & Copy: Customers can instantly copy coupon and voucher codes, tracking numbers, or other message content with a single tap, creating a smoother path to purchase.

OTP Auto-copy: Businesses sending one-time passwords through Viber can now offer an even faster authentication experience. OTP codes are automatically copied on Android devices, while iOS (26+) supports this functionality natively.

Stay tuned for more updates
We'll be sharing more updates on our latest features and improvements in the coming months.
